About This Project
This mixed-use project will consist of a 600 room hotel with a banquet and conference center; retail shopping street; restaurants & cafes; (2) Imax theaters; an 18,000 seat sports/entertainment arena; basketball courts, an indoor waterpark with a wave pool; a gymnastics center; volleyball courts; football & soccer fields; tennis courts; indoor & outdoor skateboarding parks; rock climbing walls; yoga & dance studios; a Michigan sports Hall of Fame museum; a (local sports stars) outdoor amphitheater and landscaped (victory) plaza; landscaping & gardens; and surface parking with an internal road network. The design is to be iconic and the facility is to serve as a landmark/tourist destination for the State of Michigan.
