About This Project
With over 135K sports and entertainment venue seats within walking distance, this proposed conceptual idea will provide 10K parking spaces in a garage that stretches above Detroit’s I-375 and links with the M-1 rail along Woodward Avenue. This would preclude the need for additional surface parking and garages in the CBD/Downtown Detroit area.
