About This Project
This is multi-phase master planing for new town development in Ihiala, Nigeria. The first phase has focus on creating Olympic Center. Providing training facilities for national and international teams in various sports. Support industries and amenities will create year around self sustaining town along with facilities such as convention center, amusement park, healthcare/wellness center, IT media and Film Industry. Energy self sufficiency will be aided with wind and solar generation and ecological preservation of the site are main considerations.
