About This Project
Designed as dynamic 24-7 town environment that makes this international development very distinct from other New Cairo developments. The New Town planning will blend together office an retail, hotels and entertainment, recreational and natural lark facilities, luxury residential apartments, townhouses and villas, golf course and regional shopping center. The genesis of the master plan is derived from detail investigation of the site, it’s topography, and relationships of the surrounding developments and other regions of greater Cairo. Approx area size is 9.5km2
